Not KCC Bread pudding ride to Woodmansterne

Sunday 18th October. Following the Government decision to move London to Tier 2 for Covid, (no mixing of households indoors), & the arbitrary LCC decision to stop groups from going outside the London Boundary, we cancelled the KCC official ride, but many where still determined to enjoy some Cycling, so 18 gathered at the appointed hour, split into 3 Group’s of Six, leave via Lower Marsh, Berrylands, Tolworth & Greenway, Kingston Rd Cycle track, West Ewell, a short bit of Hogsmill path, St Ebba’s path, Epsom, Rosebury Park -a small detour due to a Dangerous Tree-,, Epsom Downs, Burgh Heath, Banstead to Woodmansterne for lunch at the Woodman (Stonegate Pubs)- with a Barman for Group 1 not to clear on the payment process, for individuals, meaning Group 3 could & indeed did take the lead-, Foxley Lane, Wallington, Beddington Park, Hackbridge, Wandle Trail, Morden, Morden Hall Park (Group 3 Photo), where the Queue for Tea at both the ‘Caravan’ & Stables Cafe where beyond our patience, so nothing to wash

Group 3 (or is it Group 1 ?) at the non Tea stop, Morden Hall Park
